Thank you for shopping at Scandal!. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning your product, please contact our customer service team at support@scandal-clothing.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Ship Your Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@scandal-clothing.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
